So there I am this evening watching Robot Chicken while reading TV Tropes and sketching on my booklet when I decided to take a crack at speed painting on Photoshop. I decided to draw the Werehog from Sonic Unleashed. He's not exactly the best thing SEGA has done, but I'd be lying if I said he wasn't fun to draw. So much details in the fur.

Anyway, this particular artwork was done entirely on Photoshop CS3, with a tablet in under 2 hours using only one layer with minor editing.

Tools used: Brush, blur, smudge, dodge, and burn. No filters.

I'm not sure how this will look on other computer monitors, since I did this entirely on my laptop with an extremely bright backlight, but hopefully what I see is what you see. The hands were the most difficult to do and I'm not too impressed with how I did his right hand, and the shading is a bit off in certain parts, but I forgive me. Not bad for a first official submission. More to come.

*Quick Fix* Adjusted the brightness from another computer. Now it should be the way I intended it.

*Final Edit* I changed both hands to better reflect the Werehog, and in doing so, fixing the perspective problem as well as the incredibly horrid fingers. Now the art feels more balanced and sexy. Until next time....
