Ha ha! I cannot see a face with a big nose. I do not know if I can explain it but the entire figure is the bird, wearing a top hat and holding a cane. I like how we all see things differently. I will keep looking for the face with the big nose.

I'm really compelled by that arm and cane. I begin to wonder if he has extras under those wings, or perhaps the arms are part of them, or even if perhaps there's someone else entirely dressed up under that bird. (It could be the high fashion of the time to dress like avian creatures. What do I know?)
