Uhh, I don't know how to explain it, but draw a light line from the shoulders straightΒ (in respect to shoulder angle/position)Β Β to the middle of the neck and have it curve

It might help if you draw a line right down the middle of the person to help with proportions, it has to curve/twist and what not according to the body of course


I really suck at explaining, I can make a sketch thing to show you later if you want because I really don't think words can describe how you draw lol.
