Description
The Fae dragon is very common in any ecosystem with flowers or plants. These Nature-elemental creatures are very small, being Dragonets instead of generic Westerns. They survive off of nectar and fruit, and the occasional insect for nutrients. The one shown is a Common Butterfly Fae, one of the most abundant Fairy Dragons. Faes usually sport the Vibrant colorings of the flowers in their home, so the colorings of the same species may vary. Their body is almost always green, but may be brown or any other color depending on their ecosystem and species. They usually do not have scales, but the ones in colder climates may have fur.
Faes are generally good at camouflage. The Flower-Winged Faes can disguise themselves as flowers, and the Leaf-Winged Faes can hide in trees. Butterfly Faes usually fly high in the air and are commonly mistaken for normal butterflies. To defend themselves, they can breathe tiny flames or any other natural element, or attack with thorns on their tail or claws.
Fae dragons are very good house dragons, not eating very much and usually cultivating their own gardens. They speak in Dragontongue, but can be taught any other language as they have the intellectual skill of common dragons. They behave best when given a companion and are very kind. If angered, they will usually just scorch with their element or whack the foe with their tail. They usually have no bad habits, but a mistreated dragon might sabotage electronics or cause flowers to grow in the vents.

I am very proud of this picture. I shaded with the colored pencil even better than with Makira, but I did mess up on the top wing behind the dragon's head. The plan was to make a dragon with butterfly wings and the color scheme of a flower, so I think it came out very well
