Watchout for Sniper's rifle, it's way too narrow, it looks like he's holding his SMG with a high power scope, maybe making the barrell bigger would fix it?
Also, Spy's right hand looks a bit awkward, and his eyes are goofy.
But I love hte colors and shading, nice work.
