is one of the NPCs in the game "Men At Sea" [link] she is the sister of Darkon Blackblood also one of the NPC in the game. Lucia runs the shop at Sunken Mertopolis where you can buy ships and gears. she is an undead and belongs to Pirate faction.

This is actually a redesigned image i did for the game. someone originally created her but my director asked me to revised her design so this is the outcome of her looks.
