You finally finished! I still love the icicles a lot, and I love what you did with that curvy-swirly thing in the background. XD
Articuno looks good too. She could maybe use some more contrast, but I have a love for over-contrasting things, so idk, haha.

Thank you!!! I really did try to lighten Articuno up alot and darken the sky behind her. It still looks a bit blendy. But better than before I suppose.
