Im starting out too so I still don't really know much about it but I get my prints at Rayacom since I like their quality of paper which are 0.75 cent each prints but for mini prints I get them at Costco since it's cheaper there.

LOL Idk I never really heard of that tbh, When I first ordered it was a probably less than 500 since I didn't have much so Idk if its the required thing where you are D< if so that would suck. I think you should ask them about it probably.
