I so appreciate you taking the time to say all this! goodness... I know what you mean though, being really dissatisfied with one's own art, I can say the same for me, despite what kind words you have about my work- though I immensely appreciate all the praise, it warmed my heart so very much >w< I think though, as artists, we really look down on our own art though, because we see all it's flaws as we draw it- and know that it doesn't look like the image we have in our heads, so there will always be that disconnect that lets other people appreciate our work more than ourselves... But I think we can definitely be proud of improvement, and someday if we do enough art, we can make the mental images we have go down on paper, or in your case on the screen~ c: so no matter how unsatisfied you are with your art, I hope you always keep drawing so you can reach that point!!
