bamboo fun has 512 levels of pressure and has 2000+ lines per inch...half of wacom intous 3...

Yep! I think in terms of price, its Bamboo, then Graphire and the best is Intuous but yeah, Graphire is older.

may i know the canvas size you've used in hulk vs?

i cant really remember but i usually start working at 6x8 @300dpi. Sometimes i do crop it down and sometimes i increase the canvas if needed.

haha. you should bro! 300 dpi allows you to do real small details especially if you plan to draw full bodied figures. if its juz 100dpi, the details (especially on the face) gets pixelated.

i will be a first time user of a wacom tablet...is it ok to use a 512 levels of pressure? i know most of the tablets now are at 1024 levels of pressure... how about you? what level of pressure do you prefer or are you using?

congrats on getting a tablet man! You're gonna love it!
As for the pressure, im not exactly sure what pressure level im using but i think its the factory setting which is around in the middle. Bottomline is, its down to your preference bro. Some like it sensitive but some like em really loose.
One advice though, dont make it so that you have to press hard coz the tip of the pen gets worn down. mine has become half of its original length!

Ive actually done a few sketches but i always end up with something looking flat... If i do it in an angle like from above, the mob boss cant be seen and if its the other way around, its Ala that's gone. So it has to be straight on.. hope you're ok with that bro. But if you got ideas, id all ears!

hm, you could draw any point in time from that scenario ..
I had in mind an underwater scene, looking up from below at the most dramatic moment, that is ~ will be tricky with water effects tho~!
It's meant to be nighttime but the place will be brightly lit up ~ you can make it day if you like, but a night scene might make it easier to blur/avoid elements above water.
ah, like I said, don't feel limited by anything~! there is no need to show everything or everyone~!
and you could instead draw a before- or after-action pic, will also be cool & fun.

Haha! I did plan out to put Wolverine there in my stickfigure sketch but i chose to do Hulk and Thor completely juz in case i may run out of time but since i had enough, i added my favorite mutant.
