I'm amazed at how many of the same birds Turkey and Michigan, US, have in common. I love this drawing. It's very pretty and all the birds, flowers and fruit are drawn very well. Great!

The birds I think we have in common are the owl at top, the Robin (orange chest), humming bird (by the purple flowers), pheasant (large black & white spotted with red neck) and the bottom right bird looks like some sort of dove.
Tulips and crocuses are also very big here. I always thought Turkey was a very dry country with really no seasons. We have all 4 seasons believe me (you can winter if you like even tho I do like snow) and I would say we are a moderately wet state. We don't seem to get any of the natural disasters the rest of the country gets, praise God. Recently, though, I got to feel the earthquake that happened in Washington D.C. That was cool.
Your drawing will look great as a tattoo!

Thanks, I hope the tatto artist thinks so.
The owl at the top is a Pallid Scops Owl, the robin is a White Throated Robin, the "humming bird" is actually a Wallcreeper (although I can see why you would think it was a hummingbird) the black and white with red neck is a Black Frankolin and the bottom right bird is a Caspian Snowcock. Turkey is actually a very fertile area and they grow many different things such as pomegranates, apricots, figs, tobacco, sunflowers, olives, peaches, pear and so on. Interestingly they also supply half the worlds requirement of hazelnuts. Temperatures vary greatly but can range from as low as -16 degrees in the winter (more mountainous regions) to 40 degrees in the summer.
Where I live in the far Northwest Highlands of Scotland we can sometimes seem to get all four seasons in the one day. It can go from brilliant sunshine to hail to blowing a gale within an hour. Because we are on the coast we get a high level of rainfall here.
That must have been pretty cool indeed to feel the earthquake although I am quite glad that we don't get any strong earthquakes here. We do get them but they are so slight that they usually aren't felt.
