Since the lineart isn't done by you, I'll only comment on the colo.

First of all, I think it's great you remembered that everyone who runs still has a shadow - a lot of people are missing out on that. I also think you metched the original coloring of Naruto very well the colors are not too anime-like (without depth in them) so yeah.
I really like it and also admire the background, which seems to be also kind of moving.

p.s.: I just discovered the tiny bit of sky above. xD Love it!
