Great balance. I love how you managed to capture a great ammount of different colors such as the shade sthat the ocean water adds to this picture. also the clouds and the sun rays give this picture a little something adding to the busy look.
The border did help out this picture giving it that professional feel and making all of us like it just a bit more. I cannot stress how borders can actually persuade us how much we'd like a picture.
Did you use any filter? Possibly a polarizer? Or something that reflected the image off the water? Also where was this picture taken?
