That title probably wasn't proper English but it sounds cool. (Those of you who wish to correct me, please do.) Yay!! my first submission. I know.... it is a rough copy and I will probably scrap it later but..... for now it is okay. Well, this is my style (actually it is slightly different from what I normally draw... this is more realistic) Anyway! This is a girl,sleeping on a moon... an overdone idea but I think it is cute.I attempted to color it in photoshop but it was not coloring it. It was only doing it in black and white. Sux!! T-T If you know anything about how to fix it or what I am doing wrong, please tell me. Thank you. ::Bows::

Ah, it's very cute! Lovely expressions and poses.
My guess is you scanned your art in grayscale/black and white. What you need to do with Photoshop is go into the menu bar Image >> Mode and choose RBG. That will allow you to use color in your image.
Also, a quick hint when coloring is to create a new layer on top of your illustration and choose Multiply in your layer options. That will ensure that you don't color over your drawn lines ^_^
