Very, VERY adorable! I love the patterns on the cloth and the very lighthearted feel of the piece!
Also, just a suggestion. The leg lines where you touched them up in Photoshop (I'm assuming you used PS).... if you use the airbrush tool (one of the fine points that are less airy--does that make sense? the thicker ones) rather than the pencil, it looks smoother when finished.
