Description This was taken at the supermarket where I work, and I had a friend of mine pose for this.

It is based on a certain door at my job that customers often attempt to go through, but are blocked each time, since this door does not have a sensor on the inside, it does not open and customers walk right into it, despite the many signs to warn them.

This has led to various reactions from my customers, from being mildly annoyed to literally kicking down the door. I thought this would make a funny inspirational poster.

XD Gotta love the human race.

I worked at a Winn Dixie a long time ago. (Had to quit in 2002 because I was moving.)

And our doors were ... "backwards", customers would say. (You know, in America, people drive on the right sight of the road? Well, they would try to walk that way, but the door on the right opened the other way.)

People would do that, but we weren't gracious with the signs like your store is. XD

We actually remodeled the store a few months after I made this poster, so there is now one big door as the enterance, and another as the exit, but people are now demanding to enter through the exit door and vice versa. It got to the point where a customer got so furious about not being able to go inside through the exit door that he tackled through the door, breaking it in the process!

What a sad, strange little human. o_o Did he have to pay for the repairs? (I sure hope so.)

Nope, he screamed like a maniac and ran out into the night. He was never seen again.

Either he stole something or he's the most stupid being to walk the face of the earth.
No other excuse for him screaming and running after smashing through a door comes to mind.
XD It's funny in a depressingly stupid way, though.

It might also have to do with the fact that my Winn Dixie is a short distance from a mental institution, we get crazy people wandering around the parking lot all the time.

Eep. o_o Yea that's whacky.
I remember that my town was small (so what are the chances of us having homeless people?) and yet mine managed to attract a homeless man.

He was a real nice guy though. Real polite. He'd chat with the cashiers, baggers and managers. (Some of them knew him by name.) He'd get a tad of alcohol and some food, ask for a paper bag, then sit on the sidewalk. *hopes he's doing all right*

*stops myself before I slip into more nostalgia and frequent-customer-remembering*

I have several words I hate, but I don't go screaming at people who use them.
