Oh god this is quite adorable! It looks like brotherly love at it's finest! Do you know anything about the characters, or will we have to ask the comissioner about them? My money is that the leash is because either the pumpkin one can't fly well or he gets distracted and his brother/father has to keep him on it so he doesn't fly away. Also, did I say this was a adorable and awesome?

Little one: I still can't believe that only pegasi can stay on clouds. Gosh! Those ponies on the ground surely miss something awesome.
Big One: Yeah. Well, I heard there is a spell for them for the having the ability of walking on clouds like us.
Little one: Really? And how do they get up there first without wings?
Big One: Uh... balloons? Or a pegasus bring one up here?
