It's been a century since I uploaded an illustration here, mainly because I'm more focused on making webcomic nowadaysAnyway, they are the main characters from my ongoing webcomic, Tito (black haired guy) and Nicolas (white haired guy)
Tito : "You know, to tell you the truth....I'm jealous with you."
Nicolas : "...Hm? Why is that?"
Tito : "You seem to get everything done just right. I am just the opposite."
Nicolas : "That's not right. You have a lot of hidden potential, I assure you."
Tito : "......."
Tito : "It sucks....that people will only look down on me."
Nicolas : "You just happen to be on that phase. If you could pass through this, you will become stronger."
Tito : "....Ha...hahaha".
Tito : "I appreciate your words, but that would be very difficult"
Nicolas : "...Why don't you relax a little? The starry sky tonight is very pretty. You should enjoy this scenery before this world ends."
Tito : "....I wish I could be as carefree as you."
might as well re-use this scene/lineart for later release
And yeah that failed starry sky. Supposed to be. Ugh. Looks just fine if you don't zoom it in.

Without reading the description, the picture looks like two boys, possibly brothers or friends, sitting out under the stars in a sort of therapeutic fashion. Facing back-to-back usually implies some type of aversion/tension and that they would prefer not to see face-to-face or be influenced by the other's judgment or facial expression. Judging by the mood on both of the characters, it looks like they're there to talk about problems, come clean/confess about an issue, or simply relieve stress from a hard day.

Aren't night skies one of the best scenes to actually get someone in the mood to talk? I love the sky's colour- very beautiful, and the smaller dots on the sky look like tars, but not the larger ones (especially when you zoom in). The two men looks really nice though perhaps the grass could feel more real by being here and there like under their fingers or pants and pop out from there?

I love how you did the lighting here! The interaction between Nicolas and Tito is as interesting as ever. I like how Nicolas is always pushing Tito and taunting him to improve himself in a positive though slightly sarcastic way. It's what Tito needs to move ahead and leave feeling bad behind, slowly...

I have 3 exams coming out in Oct, Nov and Dec, I don't think I'll be prepared to release next episode in the near time. Nevertheless I'll do my best to finish it

Japanese-course (JLPT) will take place on Dec, the other two actually work-related XD (psst, I'm applying into another job xP it's only to test my luck, but I'll do my best nevertheless)

Well I have translated part 1 now XD hopefully it'll be finished by the end of this week
I'm not sure, to be honest. My current job is not as bad as my first time, it's still crazy and tight on deadline, but my manager and subordinates are nice. I even being promoted as a best employee this year. Maybe what I desire now is more flexibility and discover new possibilities with my knowledge and skill
