Description mashiro from bakuman

I'm trying to get better with ps and I think I become better and better but there are a lot of people out there who are geniuses with ps and 'Im nothing besides them :S but I'M happy with this pic took me 3 days to draw it the hair became quite cood but somehow I dont like his legs :S
