Description hey there! I painted these two today so I dont lose touch with my environments

this is a try to get more "mood" into my landscapes. Around 1-2 hours each.

Both. Of these. Are awesome. But I do wonder, what does one do with knowledge of making these kind of drawings? Where does this get used?

thank you! These kind of paintings are used mostly in games, movies and so on for preproduction. But these are just to get ideas down and get better in general
