I can almost mistaken this as fanart on Wanda from Fairly Oddparents. Pink hair, and she would wear a yellow dress sometimes that looks like this. Just letting go all the frustration from dealing with her ah...special husband.

Ahh I can kinda see that now too! Funny, my friend told me it reminded her of Fluttershy from my little pony as well. So I guess it was my color choices xP. I like your interpretation though, Cosmo is indeed a goofball of a husband xD.
