For anyone who does not know what a vejigante is, since El Vejigante's design is base off it, a vegigante is a folkloric character in Puerto Rican festival celebrations, mainly seen in carnival time. Traditional colors of the Vejigantes were black, red, white, and yellow. Today, Vejigantes wear brightly colored, ornate masks of all colors and a costume with bat-like wings. The masks are usually made from coconut shells and are often linked to many festivals that continue today, especially in the cities of Loiza and Ponce.

If El Vejigante was canon i'd put him as the first Cat 3 Kaiju, and the last one to go up against Romeo Blue, and if this was canon It would be Romeo blue's last fight until becoming Gipsy Danger.

That is so sick! Looks like something I'd love to see in the movie, and I've watched the shit outta that movie! The design is really imposing and lighting makes it look even more terrifying. Amazing work.

Honestly I would've rather seen this guy be the Category 5 kaiju rather than Slattern. Don't get me wrong I like Slatter's design but he really wasn't all that tough for a category 5. Yes I know he survived the nuke but he was also pretty badly cut up from Striker (who pretty much had the upper hand the entire fight) and called for help from Scunner because he was losing, and he was finished off by Gypsy's nuclear turbine blast.
Anyway I love your design for El Vejigante, he is in my opinion what a class 5 should look like
