"Labas, I'm Vilni... It's very nice to meet you I love tourists... ah.. I mean visitors. It's 'visitors', yes? A-Anyways, welcome!"I don't know if his ridiculous similarity to Lithuania was intentional or not. I mean, I wanted him to look like Liet with some differences in mind, but you can't really see them in this drawing. Vilnius is an old OC from the Soviet Russia RP ;u; After that, I never touched him until now. he was a clone from one of Russia's experiments fffffff I drew this for Subeta (I'm Seayari on there >uob ).
In Soviet Russia, he was just a little child there for the sake of cuteness and nothing more |D Now he's grown into a big, strong man... with flowers and butterflies OTL What have I done.
Also, he has a pet frog.
