Hey look, it's everybody's favorite planet-eating intergalactic force of nature!

You guys, I love Galactus so much. I love his premise, I love that he's left over from a previous universe, and I love that he employs a naked shiny dude on a surfboard to find his meals for him. I love his giant tuning-fork helmet. I love that he can have a hot-pink-and-blue color scheme and a skirt, and make it look AWESOME. Most of all, I love his square pupils. They're square! That's CRAZY.

Galactus is Stan and Jack's biggest and best Big Idea, and for sheer balls-out, over-the-top, unashamed COMIC BOOK-ness, nothing beats him. He's a tie with Mister Miracle for best Jack Kirby design, in my book.

And that's why I drew Galactus today.
