First of all, you can never go wrong with a nice pinup of Rogue. A very iconic character from the X-men series. I want to commend you on your attempt to capture the sexiness in this southern belle. The pose is unique and overall the technique is pretty good. The swooping curves of her scarf and the hair add an element that moves you eye around the picture plane, which is nice.
Now with that said, there are some areas that could use improvement. Since this is mostly finished, I would suggest the next time you draw something, check your proportions first. Having no prior knowledge of your artwork, I can't assume this is a stylistic choice. The head seems really large, mostly in the cranium area. This is amplified by the volume of hair you have up there as well. Proportion wise, the hands are bigger than the face itself, or the eyes/nose/mouth are too far down on the face, giving the impression of the big forehead/cranium region.
Another area of interest is the hair. I'm sure this is just the shading technique you decided to use, but it detracts from the hair a bit. It kind of gives the hair a stringy look. Something to reconsider in later works.
All in all, I still think this is a pretty successful drawing. There are plenty of areas of interest that make the picture work, but there are certainly areas that could use improvement. Keep up the good work.

Thank you very much! I completely agree about the head. As I was finishing her, I really came to see it. I was trying to do a "from above" tilt to her head but didn't get it at all.
