So, I was practicing using Paint Tool SAI and trying to not use dark border and work on backgrounds and textures and such.... and just as I went to save the picture the program was like "LOL YOU HAS TRIAL AND IT'S EXPIRED NO SAVING FOR YOU"Guess I'm not using this program ever again. I seriously thought it was free to use. Guess not. $60 for a program that isn't photoshop is... out of my budget and willing to pay for.
Anyway enjoy the pic. Arceus looks over Sinnoh as the sun begins to set.

Nicely done. The majesty of Arceus is evident in how she looks over the land. It's pieces like this that show Arceus's goddess-ship.

Not too shabby...though, if I may point out, a little more of the Blur Tool on the sunset and the grass would have looked smoother.
You really wouldn't but Paint Tool Sai? I ditched Photoshop just because Sai is more user friendly and leans more towards actual drawing than textures and special effects...

Thanks for the advice. I haven't used Sai much before and it's been a long time with Photoshop, so this was a lot of experimentation. And boredom while not paying attention in class, haha.
I dunno, I'll have to see once I have more money/time to actually draw. I'd rather not spend a lot of money on something I'm not going to use much at all. Or I should say, won't have the time to use much at all.
