Description Please remember to credit me with a link back if you use, and tell me where you used them! .

Made with the particle filters in ULEAD Photoinmpact 7 and a bit of creativity in PS. I remember reading a comment on a photomanipulation that said rain was hard to make, hopefully this will help!!

By downloading these brushes you agree to the following terms of use:

1. Credit if you use either on dA or off. This includes print sources that are other than personal use (ie something for your eyes only).

2. Do not redistribute (share) to other websites, e-mail groups, torrents etc. Link my page, that way the rules are kept intact and there is no ripping happening.

3. My artwork is not stock and is not to be used without permission.

4. No commercial use of brushes. If the project is making money in any way, the brushes cannot be used. (see FAQ or note me with questions).

Awesome, totally awesome Just wanted to tell you I used these, I credited you, of coz, I'd give you a link, but DA's being wierd and won't let me see my newest deviation.

I really love the rain brushes, it is really hard for me at least to make decent looking rain, and I use rain a lot, these will come in real handy

well I download it thin I opend my computer and opend my program files. I thin opend Adobe and thin opend potoshop elements 2.0 thin I opend presets. Thin opend Brushes and put the brushe in the folder lol I kind of did not know what I was doing any way I thin opend potoshop and with to brushes and used them and it worked.
