I know my comment wasn't all that unique so:

I just love how the orange and purple on the rock formations blends so smoothly together, it's very natural, but eye poppingly cartoonish (is that the right word?) at the same time. And the orange you used is just so energetic and fiery that it almost glows (especially with the rocks falling towards the viewer).

The pose is super energetic too, you really get a feel that the man and his horse have come to an abrupt stop just mere seconds before they could have fallen.

no no your original comment was perfect! but ah wow i appreciate your attention to detail so much and i'm so glad that everything works so well together. it was definitely a big experiment for me so hearing that i got so many things right makes me really happy! especially that i captured that sense of motion and action. thank you so much

I love the colors you used here, and I especially love the edges of shadow you achieved on the rock.

Scrii this is fantastic ahh!! Oh my goodness the colouring here is blowing my mind, I've always wanted to achieve a clean cut kind of painterly style here, like where there's really obvious contrast between light and shade, I'm crying, this is done so well. The pose and angle you drew the main subjects from is so well done. I really love the small details like the rocks and the dust kicking up. The backlighting is just ridiculous, I love da hell out of this, you are so talented I am going to smack you I DON'T KNOW WHY MY COMMENTS (WHEN I GET REALLY EMOTIONAL) TURN FROM REALLY LOVING TO VIOLENCE ASGGJDK

NO MAY I LOVE YOUR COMMENTS HAHA DON'T EVER STOP
a clean-kind-of-painterly-style was actually exactly what i was aiming for because i really love that kind of art and wanted to try it out!! so my joy at hearing this overshadows any stray may-violence hahaha all out of love*~*~ thank youu
