I'm in the process of drawing this on Photoshop Elements....2 major problems for me though, i don't have the pen tool since it's elements so outlining is taking forever.....and..idk how to color...

Well, the way I blend them is i start with the darker color first, and go lighter, most people use light to dark, but i prefer dark to light for some reason.
