I took this photo in January of 2018 on a beautiful winter's day at the Gilmore Car Museum in southwest Michigan. This is how it should look in the winter, but seldom does anymore. There is no snow now and it was 50 degrees yesterday. So, it looks like another green Christmas. We have been told that we will get snow in January and even some large amounts, but that it will be up and down with periods of warming and melting. I miss the old days, when I was a child, and winter lasted till spring.Related content

How bad all of them. 😩We never experienced that here in the Netherlands. Broken roads or water pipes. I live in a maritime climate and I think that's different 🤗

This is a nice image. I always enjoy photos like this as I adore the snow. I have noticed that also that we don't get those great
days in which there was so much snow around this time of year and that is one reason it doesn't feel like Christmas anymore
