that's pretty much what i would've written to myself

FYI, this is a new form of LIQUID PAINTING.

liquid painting is like storyboard writing for film or television.

a single work will change over time like the light of day, etc.

they are rarely finished works until after they've been painted and "finished like the above piece" about twenty or more times.  i photograph the process, so there are a bunch of "clips" of the painted movie.

the backbone of liquid painting is simply change and motion and light.
this piece, for example is really a square.  the whole "background" isn't even in the photograph.
this is just for the boats.

LIQUID PAINTING is an idea i've been promoting in the art world for over five years.
very few artists are willing to do it because you LITERALLY have to paint over some really awesome finished work to make new stuff.

the village scene on this one -- in the background -- is under full development, just not pictured here.

Interesting, never heard of it before. lol. I knew there was some strange technique being employed though
