*grin* okay, i'll set this one aside as finished. i still have a stack of cards that can be added to, and whenever i start making cards i'll make (or start) about five or ten at one setting...have a few where i've actually used a red onion skin as part of the design i'm just waiting to see what else i want to add to them... my offer to send you some cards still stands whenever you want to collaborate

*grin* it does add a unique texture to the card and something i haven't seen used before but that doesen't mean that no one else done this previously. i
also have a few small (quarter sized) wasp nests i'd like to use somehow on a card design that would include kirigami elements (would call such cards
-interactives-) but still working out the exact details on how these would work and look

just have to find the right elements to go with them...this may turn out to be a miniture shadowbox or matchbox shadow box...alerady have the wood in mind for that (part of an old weathered ladder (think barnwood), just have to get it cut thin enough
