That's a skin for AveTunes. U'll need the latest version of AveDesk with the Avetunes plugin, Try Google.
BTW if ur done with all the setup of AveDesk u can get the AveTunes skin here .

Try this:
Hey Pal,
First u need to have either True Launch Bar *Payware* ... [link] ... or Free Launch Bar *Freeware* ... [link] ...
Now wht actually u wanna achieve with it is the next question, if u want simple drop down menus the Free Launch Bar can do that & if u want Media Controls & other plugin related stuff in ur taskbar that's only possible with TLB.
I suppose u want the drop down menus, so here the deal....
First install TLB or FLB, then activate it by Right Clicking on the taskbar & selecting it from the toolbars. Now u can either select the Standard Quick Launch or select a new folder of ur choice.
When the TLB toolbar appears in ur taskbar rt. click on it, go to new & then select menu
Now u can create a virtual folder if u like *Try it u'll know wht it does* or just name the menu. Now the menu will appear in ur taskbar, drag any shortcut to the menu & it'll appear as drop down item to that menu. Same way u can create as many menus u like.
Keep playing with it & u'll get used to it.
