Description Needless to say; I'm going to stay far, far away from realism for awhile after this.
Might come back to this and add some sigils or an exorcism on the pentagram boarder, but not anytime soon, for this one has fried my brain.

Done over the course of 2 weeks. I lost track of how many hours after 6. 2H, B, 2B, and 6B graphite pencils.

Thank you! Graphite is fun to work with, until you get it all over your hands and then your face (in my case).

lol no that happens when I'm working with Charcoal and it ends up all over the house and my clothes! lol

Hey, you should do more realism. Great sense of form here, and wow, that's a lot of pencil work. I can imagine you might be worn out.

Aw thanks. I'd love to do more realism, but it'd be expensive for me since I pretty much went through a whole sketch book to get everything right. lol.

Stolen copier paper is your friend, padawan. I have many sketchbooks going fallow for just that reason. It means I feel like I can be looser, experiment more.

It's much less tense.

Yeah, the highlight on the jacket kinda died over the course of me obsessively shading it.
