So now my parents thinkthat im ungrateful
my mom has now informed me that
she doesnt find me nice at all
and apparently everything thinks the same thing
shes now treating me like im the worst person in this house
that im apparently awful
that i have no personality and that im quiet
and i told her
that im not happy
yknow what she said
that i have no reason for that
i told her that im stressed
she said to just
work on it
because everyone else has a life too so that means i cant be stressed
apparently theres so many things wrong with me
and they just think im awful
im so sorry
maybe i just deserve this
i never realized im not a nice person
i guess i am just awful

Don't ever let anybody tell you- no matter who they are- that you're not a nice person. That you're not allowed to feel stressed. That you should just face up and 'work on it'.
Don't let anybody bring you down, dear, because it's obvious that we all care about you. If you were horrible as your parents think you are, then why would we all stick around?
Don't listen to them hun, just ignore the bad things people say. You always have us to talk to if you need it. We're your friends here. We will do our best to keep you happy, and help you through the bad times. Never will you have a problem to face by yourself.

You can't keep going through this. You need to go to someone about your parents, someone who can help you. You don't have to go through this and it's clear your parents are horrible.
