First update in 2013, starts from something heartwarming, the Azazel family!It's an old work though, drawn after watching the First Class movie in 2011. They didn't show anything between Azazel and Mystique in the FC movie, but I do adore their relationship in the comic series. I'm looking forward to see some tension of these two in the 2014 new movie... but we don't even know whether they will put Azazel in the sequel movie or not, AH!
I also found some old comic doodles of this couple yesterday while I cleaned up my files, will try to finish it recently.

Thankfully she was redeemed in Days of Future Past. I just hope Kurt and Raven will realize they're mother and son in Dark Phoenix. Jennifer Lawrence even said that Raven has become more motherly in that movie.

Yeah it would be great 😀 Though they did have screen time together in Apocalypse when she saved him and enrolled him in Xavier's institute. I certainly do hope they'll get to know each other as mother and son. It's rumored that Raven will die in Dark Phoenix (because there was a funeral in the trailer and Raven wasn't present) 😔 and if that's true then I hope there will be at least one motherly moment. I really like the idea of a benevolent Mystique.

Yeah that's true. I would like to see her like that too. I mean in First Class she was really sweet when she was with her brother Charles. And you know that explain the first movie when she poisoned Cerebro. It wasn't to kill him, just to knock him out so he wouldn't try to stop them.

Indeed. When you think about it, Raven is still the caring, idealistic, strong woman she was when she was younger. That's why she would be such a great mother if she hadn't been pushed down a dark road and she would've been the mother that Kurt needed.
Though Kurt's upbringing might be debatable because if Raven raised him, he would be American and most likely grow up among other mutants in Westchester.
I think Raven might also make similar mistakes as Charles did. Charles was over-protective of Raven because of her unusual appearance. And Kurt isn't as lucky to be able to disguise himself and is forced to deal with his demonic look, so Raven might become even more protective of Kurt and possibly try to avoid him being seen by humans. Especially after Azazel, Emma, Angel and Sean were killed by Trask, since that made her more cynical towards humans.

There is one alternative timeline which Nightcrawler was raised by Mystique (he's known as Kurt Darkhölme in that one). So this adorable family photo would make perfect sense for it.

Not necessarily. It's quite common that boys inherit their mother's looks, and the other way around with girls. So I think it makes sense that he inherited his mother's skin colour and eyes (and like his mother, Kurt's age doesn't affect his appearance). And that he inherited his father's powers and tail.

Indeed. The point of his devilish appearance is that the readers were originally also expected to feel sorry for Nightcrawler. Because he wasn't just persecuted for being a mutant, but because he looks like a demon (though he is in fact a devoted Catholic).

Oh, this is so cute! There's something so sweet about this family, and I love the way they're posed here, especially Mystique kissing Kurt's head.
I heard that the actor who played Azazel doesn't want to return because of family commitments or something, but I still really want the character in it. ;-; I really want them to start some relationship development between the two!

I like how warm the colors of this piece are despite the fact that Mystique and Kurt are blue. It's always difficult to warm up the color blue. I was sad that Marvel decided to kill off kurt in the comic but I hear he'll be back...

電影裡的他是不是像大茲一樣常常在那邊風風火火轉來轉去的XD

Kurt was the whole reason I watched X-men evolution as a kid (ok, thats' a lie, a girl can watch a cartoon and not because of a crush, but he was a mighty good reason to). Its kinda nice to see a family scene with his parents looking really happy and not angry or confused...

Well, only time I ever really saw him was after Kurt tried to help this kid who was turned into a demon by this gypsy girl he cheated on, who ended up killing himself, and he turned up. I don't quite remember (I need to find the comic), but I think he might have been saying he was behind it, and taunting Kurt.
