xJuliex version 2.0. everyone should have one.
48 layers. the most i've ever worked with. it was super fun to do.

thanks! i stressed over this one lots, lol. getting the skin to flap over the cut off parts was tricky, but i managed it.
and i just looked thru your gallery, "under construction" is it?
i think we think along the same lines.

Yepyep.
Under Construction is pretty old, so this is so much better though. My favourite part is actually the left hand that's in shadow, and where you've also let the 'robotic' skelton also in shadow. Overall great, natural shadow work.

i dunno, it's kind of hard to explain really. lately, instead of looking at what i can create on the outside, now i'm concentrating on whats on the inside. how things work.
gore and blood will always be a big part of my work, but recently, my ideas have very little, or no relation to that. just expanding my creative horizons maybe?
