I try to be as polite as possible and constructive.
I have to throw that in there just in case anything
gets misconstrued - I can be a bit touchy at times

Right off This image is striking. I had something of a gag reflex to it. Milky substance drooling out of an eyeless face... It is visually effective! I Think the colors are right on, the greyish pale skin is nice and disturbing. It works well against the milk. The photoshop work is pretty good, but I think there is room for improvement. I know how difficult this kind of work can be, And this piece is fairly proficient. The back part of the zipper where it goes behind the head looks unnatural to me, perhaps it is too much in focus for how far back it is. I also think the wound in the neck could be darker in the shadow area.
Really I think that this image would have impact for me if it was just an eyeless face with the milk drooling, I could do with out the zipper head and the wounds.
Overall its a strong image that could probably be even better.
I most of all like the concept of a human thing like this, dead or helpless, unable to see or speak, abused and used in unspeakable ways. The model is well suited for the image... very disturbing!

Hey, I was wondering, did you use a stock photo for this?? I just stumbled across a deviant '=FreakyDarlingx' who has got into daily deviations with pretty much the exact same image, lacking the wounds... :] i have to say i prefer yours but .... mmm.

This piece makes me think about someone who’s suffered from having an open mind and an equally as open heart. [even though the heart would be on the other side. haha]
I love the tones too, it reminds me of those milky white frosted pretzels. I'm not sure why; haha. (:
