Greetings my not-so-dearest, troll-like, knight in shining armor.

I cannot express how long it has taken me to write this. Ten months to be exact. I assure you, I shall do my best not to make this a stereotypical hate letter, one that you can relish in burning afterwards.

I cannot bring myself to communicate my sheer disgust, particularly at that 'male bravado' you often boasted about.

I suppose this is the part where I write a never-ending speech about how I was wronged and that it is all your loss, one that shall gnaw at you till your last gasping breath. However, I am not a wicked witch neither am I a vengeful wench, hence in such a circumstance, a simple 'good riddance' would suffice.

I cannot begin to describe how liberated I have felt since that fated day. For have realized that up till now, you have been nothing but an anchor weighing me down, hindering my creative prospects and even overshadowing my possible success at a thriving career. You are a mental shackle, a psychological trauma and I'm sorry but I refuse to be chained to you. I refuse and condemn such atrocity of being the grey that makes you the brighter color. I am no glittering piece to be attached when required, neither am I a showpiece to be admired but never to be heard from.

Hence here I am a different person than before, in a different time and a more composed state of mind writing to inform you that despite my short comings I am choosing to rise above.

I express my condolences to the next victim of your affection.
