I forgot exactly HOW this picture spawned, but it was drawn ahwile ago. During a nasty snowstorm in October, all the power was out and my friend and I had nothing to do. So we drew by candle light.
The original version was much different, but I fixed it up. So anyways, yeah, Shino is drunk looking.
