They never confirmed that the women were raped, and they were killed walking out on the streets at night, he either lured them to kill them or snuck up on them, but no either way it would not be fun, but he still is remarkable for how he left his mark on London society, I think that what the stamp means.

I know this is an old argument, but I agree. Idolizing someone as sadistic and deranged as Jack the Ripper is a bit disturbing. :/ The man/woman was a sociopath, not a "sexy beast", not an artist, and unless you're just as fucked up in the head as Jack the Ripper was, I highly doubt that, should you have been one of the victims, the thoughts running through your head would be, "I love you so much, can I have your babies autograph?"
But, I mean, I guess it's not so much that you idolize them that bothers me. It's the fact that you don't take Jack the Ripper seriously, nor do you respect them and who they were, for lack of a better word. Because. Wow. I never suspected Jack the Ripper would have ~fangirls~

They believe that he or she had a outright hatred for those women (or all prostitutes) so I don't think it caused him pleasure, It almost seems like he just wanted them dead, in the case where they think it was a girl it was because her husband or such slept with some of the prostitutes.

There IS A Chance Jack Was A Woman...No-One Back There EVER Beleaved A WOMEN Could KILL Anyone-Much Less Like Jack Did. For A Long Time Women Even Got Off The Hook Based On The "Women Are Too Weak And Graceful To Kill" Thinking. Even Today People Who Are Trying To Work On The Case Assume Jacks A Guy More Then That He's A Women For The Same Reason The Cops Did Back Then-"Women Just Don't Kill Like That". I got to take the tour in London of all the sites of the murders. Our guide was Donald Rumbelow, the world's expert on the Ripper case. Even bought a copy of his book and had him autograph it.
