we use 3ds max, but it's being phased out by maya and xsi, so if you want to dabble, it would probably be more beneficial to learn the latter programs

in july, some people on dA are gonna be doing a marathon where we make a piece everyday for a month
i did it last year and i thought it was really good practice and its nice motivation to have a group of people keeping each other in check xP
