Fluttershy, the fifth character of the Mane Six from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, jumbo version.Made with acrylic yarn, acrylic paint, plastic buttons, fleece, thread, polyester stuffing.
Approximately 14" x 11.5" x 11.5" (36 x 29 x 29 cm) (tail length not included).

Wait, I see acrylic paint in the materials list. What all do you use that for on these?

I just use paint for the button eyes to make sure they're the right color.

I taught myself entirely from books and YouTube videos. 
You can find the inspiration pattern I used for all of my ponies in a book called "Amigurumi" by Lan-Anh Bui and Josephine Wan. I'm positive it's on Amazon.com for fairly cheap. If you get confused by what they're trying to explain or if the pictures don't make sense, YouTube videos are extremely helpful.
