The Korean figure skater Yu-Na Kim (김연아), the 2010 Olympic Champion!She managed to deliver two PERFECT performances in Vancouver, she's amazing! This one is her short programme to the James Bond soundtrack. She's a true artist and her technique's top-notch! I her!

Long neck, broad shoulders, long legs... She has the perfect body. And not only that, she can do a triple lutz, fly halfway across the ice, and land beautifully and cleanly. Best figure skater!

Yu-Na ! Elle est simplement géniale, j'espère simplement qu'après avoir tout gagné elle aura toujours l'envie de patiner. Elle est divine! ^^ Et ton dessins est superbe, très gracieux et élégant (comme elle, quoi ^^).
Envisages-tu de dessiner aussi Mao Asada? Comme ça il y aurait le dernier podium olympique.

lol! Not at all. All female skaters wear tights. Otherwise you'd see a lot more than is necessary, lol! Not to mention covering the loads of bruises figure skaters tend to get... And they help keep the skater warm.

Ah, of course. Well, I do not skate and hardly watch Ice skate performances (excluding a few Disney on Ice events) which is why I didn't know about that. Minus points in my Deductive skills.

I do have to say that I don't like the look of wearing the "over the boot" tights. They're meant to make the skater's line look longer, but I wear footed tights because I like my shiny white boots! Boot covers to help to keep the leather of the boots protected, but damage is truly an inevitable thing.
