TLDR; it's Noemi, Casimir's Little sister

Some of you (but uh most likely not xD) might have seen on twitter that I've sometimes talked about a CS I'm making (since 2019 lol). My OCs Zoey and Casimir you already have seen are part of them and I'm currently in the last steps before releasing it ^^ soo I actually wanted to try out some chibi designs for later adopts, but uuuh I liked the first one sooo much I just kept her right away and placed her in my story xD and as you can see even already drew art for her ^^
