-try using a deeper tone of colour to generate the shadows (eg. the inner part of the skirt should be much darker than the on your show right now.) main problem not enough contrast
-the headphone is always a hard accessory to draw, due to its detail. well, it could be simple as well of corse however in your case the position of the headband part should be curving backwards instead of forward which is what you have now. It would be fine if the character is looking towards the ground
-try going to pixiv and see some of the artist drawing there they are always a good source of reference.
