I went to see Blue Oyster Cult again...on Halloween (a year exact from when I saw them the first time!) It was a fantastic show.
Afterwards, my dad and I waited with a large group by the back stage door. Jules, BOC's drummer, came out and greeted people, asking about the World Series then pulled two groups of people back with him, leaving only six of us behind, my dad and I included. After a wait, one of the people in waiting saw a person of importantace and asked if we could go back stage and the person said sure, we could all go back. So we shuffled back. I stood beside Jules for a little, listening him talk to other people about the show when I saw Buck Dharma, BOC's guitarsit. My dad pushed me to a group surrounding him and we watched as a family group got their picture taken with him and listened as others asked him questions. Then Buck started to back away slowly, so I ran around the crowd to his side. I gave him an edited version of the picture in a mat and asked him to sign the original. I was in my glory!
And if you're wondering why this picture is SO beat up...well, the simplest way to put it is that it survived 2 concerts. XD
