Actually it's not that strange. I've seen a documantary movie about hair's possible mystic powers and there actually is something special about it. It's not like the hair on the rest of the body or animals' fur. For one the hair on your head grows without limits while the fur doesn't go longer than it's supposed to be. Also, indians possesed unusual sences because they had never cut their hair before. There are old stories and myths that say one must not cut their hair or it'll 'lose its power' or something like that. There are many facts that support the theory that there really is someting special and maybe even magiacal about our hair and especially the uncut one. Plus, where do you think Rapunzel's tale came from? Old myths, legends, folklore... and where did all old stories come from? Reality, of course

I lost my electricity for more than a week recently, and I would have LOVED IT if someone with glowing hair that long showed up.
The glowing hair was a big surprise to me. I would have expected glowing hair in Tron Legacy, but not Tangled.
