I decided to draw another Insane Brian, but I took it up a notch this time. I decided to strap him to a dolly, like Hannibal Lecter, or Muzzle from Road RoversI was originally gonna have him wear a Hannibal Lecter-like mask, but then I decided to set him up more like Muzzle.
