My design for September's Creature Exchange! I'm SO sorry for being a few days late, I hope this can still be accepted!
So this design is for Shinkei-Shinto , I hope you like it (:

What parts of your prompt were written well and easy to understand? Was there anything the writer of the prompt could improve on or include next time they create a prompt?
The prompt was perfect for me to work with! They only thing I did struggle with was choosing a good colour palette but that may just be personal preference. I work better with a strict description of what someone wants on a design so I don't end up making something that the prompt writer doesn't want.
Please explain how you interpreted the prompt to create your design. Which features did you use? Did you stick to the chosen palette or make changes to it? Does the design you created have any special abilities or quirks?
They asked for an anthro character with either a wolf skull or a cougar skull - I chose cougar skull because I think they work well with the type of character they were asking for. They wanted lots of jewelry, which I... kinda did, I didn't want to overcrowd the design so I chose arms, neck and belly button. They also mentioned a wound somewhere on the body, so I chose a large scar across the chest which could be a hint towards how the character died before. As said above I did struggle with colours so I decided to colour pick from a photo of a cougar and I think it worked out well?
I did initially plan on drawing a clothed version but I didn't have much time to complete it and I didn't want you to wait much longer for this design. Again I hope it's alright, I had a lot of fun drawing this character!
